IS there option in ACP like that? You have a vBullettin forum or phpBB forum?

I think you don't have access to ACP, or do you have?
You are a mod not an admin, only admins can login to ACP, you can only login to Mod CP.
If you can, then login to ACP, pick any member (You can search the username), then there will be lot of options, e.g. suspend user, delete user, IP lookup, Edit etc.
Click on edit & then you can edit his/her post count. :)

Sorry for misunderstanding.
No mods, it came with the package. As i told you that mine is Invasion Power Board, i am not sure about vbulletin and phpbb.
