I noticed that for certain unzippers like WinRar you actually have to open up the program and navigate to the file.
This is because the context (right click) menu didn't have an entry. This might happen when someone opts out or there isn't an option to put one there in the first place. Most often these programs (some of them anyway) aren't typical Windows user compatible. It's often safest to uncheck items that you’re unclear about.
