Adding MOD's?

Yeah...I'm really new to this. I've been teaching myself everything and doing okay so far, but I'm having trouble finding out how to add MOD's, as I found one called SpellingCow that I want to put on my forum.

I got as far as downloading it to my computer, but I can't find the place where I transfer it onto the forum. Do I need to request an upgrade or something?

You cant add your phpBB mods here
its bcoz u dont have access to the root of forum
and it'll not be provided
