Stop SPAMING

We found some users are sending SPAM mails from our server.

If this continue, we need to disable PHP mail() function.

We request everyone not to send Bulk or Spam mails through our server.

i realy didnot know mail function create such problem, i am using php from last few days, and mail function is the easy way to sent mail, i developed 2 form that can sent mail to other and to mine as feed back
just to practice porposoe. so, please donto take this in a bad way. and pls open my account.

Well, more common questions about SPAM:
- what is it SPAM? How it defined?
- how much letters are SPAM? >1, >10,>1000000000?
- is spamming criminal action? what penalty in law?
- if I destroy SPAM-site/server is it correct? (by law?)
- if my provider sets SPAM-filter and (in result) I will not get letters to me can I ask compensation?

"Hi all" to all your forum's memeber has not commercial proposals, but you say: this is SPAM.
"God with us" sended to all people in the world - is it SPAM?
You hate SPAM, you "kill" spammers. And, I think, you are right. But what is it? Who can define this entity?
