well I showed my wrestling fanatic website first, and now i have totally changed the outlook.

nice clean look and feel... like the colour scheme and it will only get better when more content gets added. :)

although i do have 2 suggestions:

1. the rollover icons on the left might be a little more subtle. { thats just how i design so i'm really knit picking here }

2. have you considered using an iframe to load the content into? this would speed up download times as you wouldn't have to reload the graphical content everytime?

ok 3 suggestions:

3. instead of embedding the css styles in the page... create an external one and attach it to the html code.
