Limiting power of mods

How do I make the other admins not so powerful. I am forum admin, and I want o limit the pwoer of my mods. How od I make them mods and not admins???

You should not make others ADMIN, if you do, they can delete your forum or ban you from the forum.

You can make a user MODERATOR by login to Admin area, then click on "Permissions" link at bottom, enter the user name, in next page, you can select "Moderator status" from drop down list.

But It only has two options, admin or "user"....

That is top drop down box, set it user, for moderator, you need to select drop down box right side of each forums.
