members cant register

Ive had my forum about a week and its been working well and had members join but today they cant register
they get this message
The confirmation code you entered was incorrect
the problem with that is Enable Visual Confirmation is off, because the code doesn't appear
does anyone know how i can fix this?

can anyone tell me why i'm been able to see the movies clips forum
