I wanted backup for safety reasons...how regularly must I backup? So, why cant I have your free webhosting?

It depends on you when to take backups.
Its good to take backup weekly if your forums is active
if its less active once in 15 days is good

free hosting, I cant sya much about that.
You need to signup and wait for approval thats all I can say
BTW you dont get php/MYSQL activated so that you can start your forum.
You need to be active member hereto enable that.
