Another Language?

since non-english posts are unicode characters its displayed

I have got this problem too, but i cant install Bulgarian language. Please help!

As i can see, every forum made about this topic ends in the answer guttu wrote. But i have not seen a single topic in where people are not complaining and say, "It displays only English".

I've got the same problem. I can see my language in the list at phpBB.com so it should be supported.

Maybe all the other languages than english have been deleted or is not working at the moment. Else it could be that we needed to pay something somewhere to BizHat to get it working?

Your problem is different. You have a forum where language is installed
But according to you it doesnt change. so there may be some problem with forum files.
