PHP not working

Hi!

I uploaded my website but the problem is arising in executing the PHP files. Whenever any php file is accessed, then instead of executing the page, the client browser shows the source. I'm sure this is the problem of not setting the right CHMOD.

Can any body tell me the right CHMOD number to set to make sure all my PHP code executes? :?:

chmod 777 *.php should do it for you, but first, make sure you have php enabled.

Make sure you have the file type set to php... etc (index.php and not index.html).

Make sure you start your script with <?php or <?
Make sure you in your script with ?>
Make sure the php commands you use are vailed

might beable to do it in filemanager in cpanel, i don't know what it is ike here since my account hasn't been set up yet.
