    Default "private"?

    In the Admin. panel when allowing permission for "private" to view or edit.

    Does this refer to only the starter of the thread can edit?

    Does it mean only a member of a certain usergroup's privacy?

    Private as in one person? Please explain.

    change it logout and see what you can see, make another user but don't give it admin/mod rights then login with a seperate user and see what you can see.
