Dare i say google it. i just did a google search for you but most of the sites seem to be warez sites which i'm very dubious of.
My advice is if you have a program you really like think of the programming that has gone into it and buy it, it takes years of education and study to be able to write good software and i believe the programmers really do earn the right to be paid for there work.
