Why I can not use my ftp service.

I am encountering the same problem now. When attempting to login the Member page , it is accessible. But when clicking the upload file icon, fill in details accordingly and click connect. The error message appears

"Could not connect to server http://www.bizhat.com:21 with user biodisc
Try again..."

What is wrong? ftp server or what?
