How to disable the 5 legitimate posts constraint?

How can i disable the constraint of posting 5 legitimate posts before adding URLs in a post?

I want members to post directly URLs in their posts without waiting for 5 legitimate posts.

I posted this to the Bizhat Support but Hope that any one here can help too .. :(

I'm having the same issue, but the members have more than 5 posts. This started happening tonight.

I appreciate any help as well. Thanks.
