    Hi,
    Have you ever wondered if you are the only one in the world that feel the way you do?You feel like you are drowing in yourself? You know you want to feel better but there are stronger emotions spinning in your head. Sometimes being alone can cause this to become a daily thing, and you feel scared. You are not alone with alone with how you feel. Try sharing how you feel with a close friend or your doctor.

    There are so many different groups available to everyone, for almost everything. Some groups can offer you a sense of family, closeness, and help you find a way to relate and express yourself to others. When you hear others confess your inner thoughts, you'll find that you share alot with other people. And you tend to feel beter when someone says exactly how you feel. This should make you feel better ,and help you open up.

    We all deal with stressful things differently in life. I may cry if someone yells at me but you may yell back if they yelled at you. That's ok. We all handle things in different ways. Dont be afraid to talk to someone and if you get no help, ask someone else....You're worth it.
