Mr. Bean is, in my opinion, mediocre at best. His comedy is dry and often overly silly. Some of his earlier short works were rather ground-breaking. But still today he is touted as a comic genious which I don't believe he deserves.

Anyway, his new movie earned scores of criticism from movie-goers all over the world.
