Hello,
A couple of days ago I wrote this: The one thing a
father can do for his child is to love and respect his
mother.....I would like to elaborate a bit.
If my father had shown my mother love and respect
after they went their separate ways, it would have
made my life better. Most of my life my parents hated
being married to each other, and finally my father left.
Not knowing any better I thought that if he hated my
mother how could he love me. Loving and respecting
my mom from a distance would have been great for me.
All I wished for, was that they talked to each other.
I felt that he hated both of us, and clearly he had no respect
for her.All they had to do was think about me and what they
were teaching me at that time. And since no one took the
time to explain it,I thought the worst. He would not have
left If he loved us.
So I go back to the comment above: The one thing a
father can do for his child is to love and respect his
mother( expecially if dad does not live at home.)
As adults we forget that at any age, a child can hurt too.
It's not all about the adults.
:(
