African Fish Curry Powder

Ingredients

1/2 pound Dry red chiles
1/2 pound Coriander seeds
2 ounces Cumin
1 ounce Turmeric
1 ounce Mustard seeds

Directions

Dry spices, grind to a powder and seal in an airtight container. Use 2 teaspoons of curry powder to every 1 lb of fish.
