Drinking too much water will give overload to kidneys, modern researches says. So it is better to avoid drinking 5 glasses of water before breakfast, 2glasses is enough .

Isn't it that we must take 8 glasses of water
a day instead of 5 glasses every morning?
I'm just confused about it. But I think it won't
harm you, because water will help eliminate
wastes in your body.

you wouldnt want to overload your kidneys, 2 glasses before brekfast is enough, 5 - 8 glasses throughout the day is the expected amount.. i know the difference of feeling if i dont drink enough water, drink the expected amount each day for a few days, and you will feel alot healthier.. alot of people dont.
