Omelet With Italian Squash Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/3 Italian squash, peeled, sliced thin
2 tablespoons butter
Flour
* 1 tablespoon cream
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
A dash of white pepper or paprika

Instructions

Season the Italian squash.
Dredge in flour.
Fry in the butter in frying pan for about 2 minutes.
Pour in the beaten eggs.
Follow the directions for a plain omelet.
