    mysql because it is much lighter, faster, easier to learn, more stable, and is great to use with php.

    Default MySQL is good

    hi me too will advice to go for MySQL, which is faster, safe..
    I have used MySQL for my College website.. which is JSP & MySQL web on windows 2003 server.. since 3yrs its giving good performance....
