Items Needed

* Stain-removal Product
* Washcloth or Paper Towels
* Dish Washing Detergent
* Laundry Detergent
* Color-safe Bleach

Instructions

* Spread the stained garment on a cloth or paper towel, making sure that the stain is facing up.
* Put enough stain removal product on the stained area, so as to saturate it completely.
* Let it stand for a few minutes, so that the cleaning product penetrates the stain well.
* Flip over the clothing, making the inner side of the stained area facing up.
* Saturate the inner part of the stained area with the cleaning product and again let it stand for a few minutes.
* Now, take the dish-washing liquid and rub it into the stain, on both the sides - inside and well as outside.
* Making use of a laundry detergent, wash the garment in hot water.
* Next, treat it with the color-safe bleach.
* Finally, give the garment a ‘once-over’ and leave to air-dry.
* In case the stain still remains, repeat the procedure.
