1 . Stand on ur feet and strecth ur body in the upward direction. Try to get on ur toes and strech ur body as much as you can.. during this exercise, keep ur hands straight and above ur head.

2. take any solid rod that can bear ur weight.. place it somewhere 1 or 2 feet more than ur height.. now hold this rod tightly and leave ur weight on it. During this exercise, your feet should not touch the ground. your body will be streched and definitely ur height will get increased after some days.
