    Default Pineapple Beer

    Ingredients:

    Peels of a pineapple (clean)
    4L Boiling Water
    500g Sugar or 1kg Honey
    5 cloves

    Method:

Put peels and cloves into bucket, add 4L water and the sugar then stirr until sugar is dissolved. Use only wooden stirring implements. Close the bucket and leave in a warm place for a day or two while stirring the contents every 6hrs.

Now seave the contents and place the pineapple beer in fridge, enjoy when chilled..it will build up gas continiously.

    Enjoy!:D

    p.s. None alcoholic!:adore:
