Hello,
Many of us go through our life being angry, grumpy and spiteful. Acting this way only hurts you more than them. Not only does it hurt your heart, but it hurts your state of mind. People will want to stay away from you pretend they don't know you. Isolation is painful. Deep down we all want to belong to a group, friends, family and want to belong to ourself.
Loving and respecting yourself will reflect on the people that are around you. Anger and being mean will cease to exist, and be replaced with positive and a loving you.
