Turkey Stock Recipe

Ingredients

2 Turkey Wings

3 cloves Garlic

Green-Leaf Lettuce

1 Onion (chopped)

2 Celery Stalk Leaves (cut into 4-inch lengthwise)

3 Carrots (chunked)

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 small hand fresh Sage Leaves

How to make

* Layer onions, sage and carrot in a cooker.

* Pack turkey wings on top of veggies.

* Mix seasonings.

* Cover it with lettuce.

* Combine 2-cup water.

* Cook on high heat for 1 hour and then on low heat for 7 hours.

* Strain stock.

* Combine salt to taste.

* Mix noodle and veggies for making soup or put stock in small utensil and refrigerate it for later use.
