what i do in such a condition is reconstruct my site
tis-620 is the standard thai language encoding. When trying to display a TIS-620 document, a conflict with ISO-8859-X (Latin) occurs. Consider a situation when you want to put Latin characters and Thai characters in the same file using TIS-620 encoding, it is impossible. To make this possible, you should use UTF-8 encoding or other alternative encodings such as UTF-7, UTF-16, etc.
either that or if it worked in the past, then the admin would have to change/append to the language sets on the server...
my data was no found!!!
oh my god!
