Whatever we give off is what we get back later. Do you find yourself sad,angry,unapproachable, negative,feeling sorry for our self, blaming everyone but our self, for our own action, we don't like our self or maybe we feel forgotten.

When you feel like this stop for a moment and listen to what we are saying. With all our might we must use the same strength that we use for negative thoughts and fight those thoughts. I know it's hard but we must practice retraining our mind to reject the bad and allow good to come in. Stand by that door and don't let negative in. When we feel it coming, recognize it and quickly replace it with something good. Yes it means that we have to be careful what comes out of our mouth and not let those horrible thoughts not rule us.

We are meant to live a great life and negativity will stop happiness from coming to us. it's important to have positive energy around us.
