I can't use phpMyadmin

I try to upload my database to the server but when I login and go to MySQL manager -> PhpMyAdmin. The page "The page can not be displayed" is appear. I try to click refresh button but there's nothing.
How can I do for upload my database or use PhpMyAdmin? Admin or anyone help me please. :(

I think you should first enable mysql..

not sql,
php is disabled after server down!
as i can see,
both of you haven't got 20 non spam post,
& haven't request for a php
(sql comes with php)

the main reason is u still dun have a php function enabled..request from the admin when u have 20 posts....:)
