dude you gotta start one first. they won't upgrade till you have a developed site and they still arn't upgrading mine :x going on 2 days

Yes my site is developed, and i have way more items than just pictures. It is also a site for researching biotechnology. Also, a thing called New Year's is approaching and that is why they might not get around to upgrading.
