WORLD of warcraft ruined itself in my opinion a little bit more with every expansion. Sure they came up with some killer ideas, but the game just seems uninteresting to both me, and a lot of my friends these days.

Starcraft 2 also has a killer map editor. The only issue is getting people to play said maps. :\
