What do you mean? Frankly speaking most of the younger generations of Singaporean cannot read Madarin well so its quite rare that we access to China web site unless there is a need, at least for me, it takes 3x more time to read the instructions in mandarin.

I can't believe it. I can't find Internet explorer on my add and remove program list in Control Panel.

It is very easy. Go to your Add or Remove programs. in the left you will find "Add/Remove Windows Components". Click that. Uncheck "Internet Explorer". Click on "Next". BTW u may need the windowsxp original cd.
