I think the death penalty should be imposed more often. Otherwise these people are sitting in our jails eating up tax dollars and forcing the economy to raise taxes each year to pay for it. And if not the death penalty, then if should be like most foreign countries where the family should have to pay for their livilyhood while in jail, rather than impose higher taxes.
