Use adboe photoshop like everyone else said. Its the best out there you cant go wrong with it. Try it trust me you will love it dont deny it its awsome the best thing known to man.

yeah, you can also try fireworks too like someone said, but again, photoshop is probably the best choice, due to all the options and the outcome can be real nice. But do some research and find some tutorials, www.pixel2life.com

I recommend that if you ae on a budget you use Gimp or if you want to spend some money use Fireworks, it's very simple to use. :)

yeah thats the problem, those softwares are very expensive, but im sure that most people dont even buy and, and is probably all warez lol.
