This is common problem among adults. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the number of overweight children and teens in our nation has more than tripled over the past three decades, and with 12.5 million young people facing weight problems, obesity is now prevalent among teens. With the growing obesity problem reaching epidemic levels, these staggering statistics are a serious warning to parents. Since overweight kids and teens have a 70 percent chance of becoming overweight adults, steps need to be taken to reverse the crisis and ensure that our nation's teens lead healthy and productive lives.
Over 10 percent of the nation's high school students are overweight, with an additional 14 percent on the brink of becoming overweight. Overweight teens are at risk for developing numerous health problems, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Add to these the emotional effects, such as social discrimination, low self esteem, and depression, and suddenly being overweight becomes a problem that can cause lasting damage to a teen's well-being. So what can be done?

I have some tips help me every morning:
1. drink 2 glasses of water even before you coffee.
2. eat fruit for breakfast. it gives great light energy.
3. find a comfortable time each day to right down your thought. sometimes you have so many thoughts, they block you.
4. create your thought and ideas. you can draw it, sculpture it, create it from waste...
5. belive in yourself. every body has a creative core inside them.
6. find a comfortable every week to get out in nature and enjoy it. creating in nature intensify the experience.

Your lips will reflect the health of your body. Applay following tips for getting smooth and beautiful lips
*Apply the 1 Teaspoon of lemon juice and rosewater for avoiding black colour of lips.
*Massage your lips with beetroot juice for soft and rosy lips.
*Rose Water is a good moisturize, applay it before going to bed.
*Drink lots of water. The lips are an excellent indicator of dehydration as well as anemia. Not looking red and rosy? Check your iron intake.
*Eat lots of fruit and vegies, these will increase your vitamin intake, which adds to the help of your skin, including your lips.
