    Paris

Paris is a wonderful city for walking. There are a lot of other things to see along the way. May is the season of flowers.

Arc de Triomphe - Boulevard Champs Elysees, ...many shops, restaurants, cafes, Palace de la concorde, fountains, JARDIN DE TUILLERIES, Musee de l'Orangerie (museum, park), follow the river Seine to Eiffel Tower (3 hour). Eiffel Tower will be lighted after sunset. Boat cruise in river Seine is another attraction.

    Default Taj Mahal, India

Taj Mahal is regarded as one of the eight wonders of the world. It is built entirely of white marble by the Mughals, the Muslim rulers of India. Its stunning architectural beauty is beyond adequate description, particularly at dawn and sunset. The Taj seems to glow in the light of the full moon. On a foggy morning, the visitors experience the Taj as if suspended when viewed from across the Jamuna river.

Matterhorn (4478 m), Valais: The four steep faces, rising above the surrounding glaciers, face the four compass points. Take cable car up from Zermatt (all year skiing resort), hike up to the Hornli hut (3260 m) and spend the night. The next day, climbers rise at 3:30 am so as to reach the summit and descend before the regular afternoon clouds and storms come in. 6 hour very difficult climbing to the summit. It is one of the deadliest peaks in the Alps. Season : June to Sept, Min temp 4 degree C.
