yes..i also like to code in html in a nice editor..rather than use
WYSIWYG?

they add all unnecessary code on your page..making your page bulky and taking time to load..making you loose potential visitors

My prefer is Adobe GoLive CS2, but also Dreamweaver 8 and Flash 8 togheter; I created my first sites with Frontpage Express, later Microsoft Frontpage 2003. You really need this programs, 'cause if you want to create a website just in NotePad or an other ASCII-code program, it will cost you many time!

i use dreamweaver and photoshop. but if you are newbie, frontpage is the best

Dreamweaver is the way to go........ You can download the entire Studio 8 Trial and get all the software to make some impressive designs... Fireworks is similar to Photoshop and is very powerfull.....Dreamweaver is more advanced, but with some time and online help you can make nice looking designs

For new website developers MS Frontpage is the best.
For advanced users Dreamweaver is good.
