Wel that method is called cloaking.Absolutely you can get that service.It depends on the service provider.$2 a year. I am afraid they wont provide u the offer.Anyway go for other service provider.

What "cloaking"? They must give him the possibility to change the DNS-addresses, or at least give him an interface to redirrect the domain to another site (frameset or URL-redirrection)
