Xoom used to be great for this - but they disappeared (though I think xoom.it still exists - might give it a try, it's Italian)
If it's for a limited number of people you could always try making a GMail address and sending an e-mail to yourself containing the file as an attachment ... it has 1000 MB for free so that's kind of cool ;)

1024 kB = 1 MB

Therefore:
20 MB = 20480 kB
20480 kB = 20 971 520 bytes

It is not very good either:
1) File size limit is 10Mb
2) You can't share your data with a large amount of people
