I think people just spam to get to 5 posts and receive their free domain. If they spam, then ban their domain too. Give them a real reason to start having real posts instead of spam :)

MANY USERS POST SAME RPLY TO ALL PST,THEY SHLD BE COMPULSARILY BANNED

spam is pretty useless, it gets you nothing out if it at all.

so please, don't spam.

hmm, i think i'll get them a warning first. 3 chances for the limit, after that they still do it boot them out of the forum.

I agree. I think 3 times is enough warning time. If they do it passed that time delete them and ban their computers IP from the website.
