    i use mssql for learning because it graphic user

    because it free and i need relational database

    mysql because it is much lighter, faster, easier to learn, more stable, and is great to use with php.

    hi me too will advice to go for MySQL, which is faster, safe..
    I have used MySQL for my College website.. which is JSP & MySQL web on windows 2003 server.. since 3yrs its giving good performance....

    MS SQL rules!!! -Easy to work, fast and reliable

    Express Edition is sufficient for most users and it's free.
