Man have no dought's about stuff.

When you are stoping addictions your brain is shifting and remaking stemcell's so that your brain can still recieve messages better than when the addiction narcatics hit your brain message sender's it slows down the recieving time and should give you more pain when you are getting addicted, but when your quiting things should be hard, but things should be less painful and more exciting and enjoyable.

Please don't feel desperate. I'm sure that You Can Do It.
Congratulations for trying. Well done my friend.
Keep going. And have in mind that in the end you're going to feel free and healthy, and a lot richer.

    Carry on my friend!
If you need any help don't hesitate to ask for it.
Try not to eat high fat food. Try carots or cucumber and when you're in need for a smoke, drink a glass of water. It will make you feel better.
I can see that you REALLY want to quit this damn thing. Please try the book I mentioned on a previous post.
You'll have all the support you can have and it would be much easier for you to quit. After reading the boon, in a week you'll forget about smoking.

Dear Karma, It is good to learn that u have stopped smoking. My approach to this problem is different, even though i don't smoke.

All are telling u ways of stopping smoking, but i didn't find any questions on how did u start smoking? If that is known, i.e if the problem cause(core) is known, u could have easily solved the problem.

If my advice is stu*id, just carry on ur work.

I consider myself very stu**d that I started it and very lucky that I quitted.
Most people start smoking when they are teenagers just for fun or because a friend told them to or because it's IN.
    Smoking is an addiction.
It only takes one cigarette to be addicted.
