Thanks sohaibrazzaq for ur reply, i tried with torrent there is some pc version for twisted metal 3, but torrent is very difficult to download so i stopped it, the file around 531 MB

If it is then i will surely try to get my hands on it and post somewhere to download for other guys, i just love this game, TM2 is a classic :) and i am sure to see some improvements in the later version

No i checked the torrent, i find the 3 & 4 version but they are PS2 games, check yourself again, these are the images for PS2.

Caesar3 was my favourite game. After new games it's still my favorite. And also i wait for caesar4. I lose the cd of caesar3. So, pls share it's working link here. I saw "ftp://[email protected]/pub/games/Caesar3.iso" link in this forum. But, it can't work efficiently, pls a valid link for caesar3 :(
