Health is simple
We tend to complicate on healthy food today.
but health can be kept simply.
One is to eat local food in its simpliest way.
If you are Indien, eating brown rice ( not polished) is better for your health because it contains several types of Vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12), minerals and some other beneficial substances.
Another one is to live without stress.
No one is perfect, so do not stress yourself!

my friend says we can be healthy by eating banana every after meal.

Moderate exersice, read, hold converstions with others, eat right, and don't over eat.

Laugh & Walk
We should laugh and do regular walking. This will keep us healthy.
