Well I dont know why registration for the free web hosting link is not given directly at some post providing clear cut instructions to be followed by everybody. I have no objection to any rules (6 or 5 non spam posts before able to get free web hosting) but the link to register for web hosting I didnot get in easy way. I agree I am a dumb user, but it can surely be simplified.
