i hate spam... ithink the post should be deleted instantly. the member should be warned twice with suspensions of 3 days the first time thena week the second time. and then on the third they should have an ip ban put on them from the forum.

I think google should make a sap-rate server for spammer, or a moderators should allow in spamming section in there sites. So problem will solved automatically.

i think do not allow spammer , but those post good staff to your forum you should allow them related links. am i right?

Depends on what you consider to be spam, Most people consider another link to another site as spam, but some dont. To Me spam is ADVERTISEING A PRODUCT , at which point if it goes against the topic created or the forums rules, a permanent ban should ensue. Although i think "spamming" the name a a forum which you join or own is not spamming, as long as there is only one of them, once a person begins to FLOOD the forums with broadcasting of their site, that is when it is SPAM an a permanentban should ensue
