Actress Yami Gautham has struck a jackpot, for she will be starring opposite Ajay Devgn, as one of the three heroines, in his upcoming Bollywood flick, to be directed by Prabhu Dheva. But the reason she hit the goldmine in Bollywood is attributed to a reason from down south.



We hear that Prabhu Dheva watched the rushes of Yami's upcoming Tamil movie 'Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum' and was impressed with the heroine's performance. And looks like this is what ultimately led to his choosing Yami for his next project. All the same, Yami is excited about being a part of the project. Currently filming, 'Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum' is directed by debutante Prem Sai and produced by Gautam Menon. The film stars Jai and Yami Gautam in the lead, apart from Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, Saranya Ponvannan and many others. The film is simultaneously being shot in Telugu, with Nitin replacing Jai, on screen, in Tollywood. Music for this film is scored by Karthik.
