PGSS 2013: Second allotment on Sept 9
The second round allotment process of the PG Super Specialty (DM/M.Ch) Courses 2013 for Service Quota candidates and General merit candidates will be held on September 9, 2013 at 11 am.
The venue for the allotment is the Directorate of Medical Education, situated in the Thiruvananthapuram Government Medical College campus. The allotment for General Merit candidates will be based on the results (rank lists) published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE).
All qualified candidates are free to attend the counseling except those candidates who have not attended their first round counseling (Service quota candidates - 30.07.2013 and General merit candidates - 12.08.2013), those candidates who have received the admission memo and not joined the course and those candidates who have discontinued the course after joining.
Candidates who desire to attend the counseling will have to download the prescribed format of preference form from the website .
Allotment will be based on the rank list published by CEE/ DME/DHS and availability of seats and as per the Prospectus conditions. If a candidate is not able to attend the allotment process, the parent/guardian or any authorized person can act as proxy at the risk of the candidate. Such authorised person should produce an authorisation letter in the prescribed format which can be downloaded from the website.
Candidates have to produce the admit card of the entrance examination and the certificates in original as mentioned in the Prospectus. Candidates who do not submit either original or provisional certificate to prove their PG Degree qualification at the time of counseling will not be considered for the allotment. Candidates who have take admission in the 1st round counseling should produce the possession certificate from the respective college.
Those candidates who have completed their PG/DNB courses outside the State of Kerala should produce the Equivalency Certificate from KUHS at the time of counseling.
