    1.Eat in a dark atmosphere:
    Experts say that a restaurant ambiance actually stops people from eating too much. This is because of the ambiance and the dim lights. You can try this at home too to start losing those extra kilos.

    2.Small plates:
    To lose weight is to start by using a small plate. A small plate with the same portion will naturally seem like much more to you. Therefore, make it a habit to eat in a small plate.

    3.Small sips:
    Other than water, sip slowly, and sip small on other beverages. When drinking large amounts of liquid at once, people do not realise how much they are drinking. Some of the biggest drinks with high amount of calories in it is beer, soda, and some fruit juices like orange.

    4.Make it colourful:
    Another best secret to lose weight is by making your food seem colourful. If you eat food off a plate that is very different in colour, you notice yourself clearing space. Your brain takes this as a sign of how much you really ate. This is like an alert for you to stop eating more than your usual amount.

    5.Deal with odours:
    The olfactory glands play a huge part in your appetite as well as how your brain reacts to certain things. Experts say that foods that smell delicious compared to normal dishes were more likely appetising for the one who has to consume it. It is also said that the nice smelling food will make you want to eat more.

    Hey..
    If you are looking for fast and effective weight loss than i suggest you to do 2 things
    1 make a proper diet plan
    2 try some cardio exercise like swimming
    These both things are most effective and best for weight loss

    No doubt all types of cardio exercise like cycling,basketball,jumping and jogging are good and easy way to lose weight and for body maintenance. Every one can keep itself fit and young by doing these exercise.

    Thank you for tips , but diffcult to follow , very determined people only can loose upto 10kgs in 6 months and that is only forever if maintained the diet

    If anyone wants to fast weight loss, he/she should give up oily food and exercise regularly.
