    Default Can't Manually activate accounts

    Whenever I go into the user admin and pull up the user I want to activate, then change the radio button to "Yes" beside the User is Active, then press Submit, I get the following error:

    Template->make_filename(): Error - file error_body.tpl does not exist.

    and it does not update the account.

    This is also using the default SubSilver Template.

    Have you tried using other templates; do you get same errors? :?:

    Yes. I've tried approx. 5 others to see if it would alliviate the problem but it does not.

    i had the same problem as well but it seemed to mysteriously fix itself.
